Not satisfied with your order? We're sorry to hear that, and we'd love to hear what we can do to make you happy.

You can return your order within 14 days and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 5 working days of receipt of the return shipment.

Easy return in 3 steps
Step 1: Send an email to info@tryclear-vision.nl.

There you can discuss the reason for your return and receive the return form.

Step 2: Send your order

Send the items, along with the completed return form, to the address on the return form. Be sure to include a tracking code with the package. You, as the sender, are responsible for shipping; we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account.

Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred to your bank account within 5 working days.
