Refund Policy

If you cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order and return it to us, you will receive the purchase price of the product in question back within 5 working days.

We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.

Please note: for credit card payments, a chargeback is often only visible on your credit card statement at the end of the month/term.
